Founded in 2009 by Ellicia Lanier, a dedicated educator and advocate, Urban Sprouts was born from the belief that every child deserves a space where they are nurtured, seen, and celebrated.

From the very beginning, Andrea Barragan, our Chief Operating Officer, has stood alongside Ellicia, helping to shape and grow Urban Sprouts into the thriving community it is today.
